Blueberry Pomegranate Rose Tea

A refreshing blend of blueberry, pomegranate, and rose tea crafted to hydrate, restore, and gently uplift the body.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon dried rose petals (or 1 rose tea bag)
  • ½ cup blueberries (blended and strained)
  • ½ cup pomegranate arils or juice (blended and strained if using arils)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh mint
  • Dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a near boil.
  2. Add rose petals or tea to a heat-safe jar or teapot.
  3. Pour hot water over the tea.
  4. Cover and steep for 15 minutes for a deeper infusion.
  5. While the tea steeps, blend blueberries with a small amount of water (about ⅓ cup), then strain to remove pulp.
  6. Repeat with pomegranate if using fresh arils.
  7. Strain the tea and allow it to cool.
  8. Combine the strained blueberry juice, pomegranate juice, and cooled rose tea.
  9. Sweeten lightly if desired.
  10. Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint and rose petals.
