Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals (or 1 rose tea bag)
- ½ cup blueberries (blended and strained)
- ½ cup pomegranate arils or juice (blended and strained if using arils)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave (optional)
- Ice
Optional Garnish:
- Fresh mint
- Dried rose petals
Instructions
- Bring water to a near boil.
- Add rose petals or tea to a heat-safe jar or teapot.
- Pour hot water over the tea.
- Cover and steep for 15 minutes for a deeper infusion.
- While the tea steeps, blend blueberries with a small amount of water (about ⅓ cup), then strain to remove pulp.
- Repeat with pomegranate if using fresh arils.
- Strain the tea and allow it to cool.
- Combine the strained blueberry juice, pomegranate juice, and cooled rose tea.
- Sweeten lightly if desired.
- Pour over ice and garnish with fresh mint and rose petals.
