Mint Lime Cooler

A crisp herbal cooler made with fresh mint and lime for a refreshing and naturally energizing drink.

Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh mint leaves
• 2 cups cold filtered water
• Juice of 1 fresh lime
• 4–6 drops monk fruit or 1–2 teaspoons agave (optional)
• Ice
• Lime slices for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add fresh mint leaves to a blender with cold water.

  2. Blend briefly to release the mint oils.

  3. Strain the liquid into a pitcher.

  4. Stir in fresh lime juice.

  5. Sweeten lightly with monk fruit or agave if desired.

  6. Serve over ice with fresh lime slices.
