• 1 tsp dried chamomile
• 3–4 thin slices fresh ginger
• A tiny pinch of cayenne pepper
• 1 cup hot water
Optional:
• Fresh lemon slice or 1 tsp lemon juice
• ½–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
✨ How to make it:
- Add dandelion, chamomile, ginger, and cayenne to a mug or teapot.
- Pour over hot water (just below boiling).
- Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
- Strain.
- Add lemon if using.
- Sweeten lightly if desired.
- Sip slowly and warm.
