• ½ tsp dried ginger root (or 3 thin fresh slices)
• 1 tsp dried lemon peel (or fresh zest)
• ½ tsp dried orange peel (adds natural sweetness + depth)
• 1 cup hot water
Optional:
• ½–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

- Add turmeric, ginger, lemon peel, and orange peel to a mug or teapot.
- Pour over hot water (just below boiling).
