A vibrant purple juice made with red cabbage, pineapple, and ginger to support digestion, hydration, and natural vitality.

Ingredients

• 1 cup red cabbage, chopped
• 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
• ½–1 inch fresh ginger
• Juice of ½ lemon or lime (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Chop the red cabbage and pineapple into pieces that fit your juicer.

  3. Run the cabbage, pineapple, and ginger through your juicer.

  4. Stir well and add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime if desired.
