Crimson Charge Juice

A vibrant crimson juice made with beet, apple, citrus, carrot, and ginger to support circulation, natural energy, and daily vitality.

Ingredients

• 1 small beet, peeled
• ½ red apple
• ½ orange, peeled
• 1 small carrot
• 1-inch fresh ginger
• Squeeze of fresh lemon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all produce.

  2. Peel the beet and orange.

  3. Cut the apple, carrot, and beet into pieces that fit your juicer.

  4. Run the beet, apple, orange, carrot, and ginger through your juicer.

  5. Pour over ice and add a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.

  6. Stir gently and enjoy immediately.
