Naturally sweetened with agave

Butterfly pea flower is one of the most fascinating herbs to work with. When brewed, it creates a deep blue liquid that transforms into vibrant purple when citrus is added.

This refreshing herbal lemonade is naturally sweetened with agave and perfect for serving a group or keeping chilled in the fridge.

Ingredients (½ Gallon Batch)

• 8 cups water
• 3 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
• Juice of 3–4 fresh lemons
