Calm + Nervous System Reset Tea

A gentle herbal blend designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and support your nervous system from within.

You’ll need:

• 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
• 1 tsp dried lemon balm (or tulsi if that’s what you’re using)
• 1 tsp oatstraw
• ½ tsp lavender (optional but powerful — keep light)
• 1 cup hot water
• Optional: ½–1 tsp raw honey or a touch of agave


How to make it:

  1. Add chamomile, lemon balm, oatstraw, and lavender to a tea bag or infuser.
  2. Pour 1 cup hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.
  3. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bag or strain.
  5. Sweeten lightly if desired. Sip slowly.
