• 6–8 chicken wings (flats & drumettes)
• 2 cups green cabbage, cooked
• 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
• Handful of walnuts

• 1 tbsp olive oil or lard
• 1 tsp Kinder’s Lemon Pepper seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp adobo seasoning
• ¼ tsp paprika

• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp minced fresh ginger
• Pinch of ground cloves
π― Sweet Potato Finish (After Cooking)
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup
• Splash of vanilla extract
π₯¬ Simple Chili Garlic Cabbage
π§Ύ Ingredients
• 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
• ½ tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)
• Pinch of red chili flakes
• Salt & black pepper, to taste
• Optional: splash of apple cider vinegar
π₯ Instructions
1. Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry. Add oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, adobo, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
2. Air fry the chicken
Cook at 375°F for 10–15 minutes, flip, then cook another 10–15 minutes until golden and crisp.
3. Season the sweet potatoes (IMPORTANT)
Add cubed sweet potatoes to a bowl.
Toss with butter, cinnamon, minced ginger, and a pinch of cloves until well coated.
4. Cook the sweet potatoes
Air fry or bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
5. Add walnuts
During the last 3–5 minutes, add walnuts to the air fryer to lightly toast.
6. Finish the sweet potatoes (KEY STEP)
Transfer hot sweet potatoes to a bowl.
Add maple syrup and a splash of vanilla.
Toss well until coated and glossy.
7. Prepare the cabbage
Cook cabbage until soft but still vibrant.
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5–8 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Optional: add a small splash of apple cider vinegar at the end to brighten it.
8. Plate & serve
Add cabbage, maple vanilla sweet potatoes with walnuts, and crispy chicken to a plate. Serve warm.
