Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts

Zest of 1 orange

1 tbsp fresh orange juice

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Pinch of sea salt

1 tsp butter or tallow
Instructions

Pat chicken dry.
