Soft, elegant, and aligned with what it actually does—soothing, grounding, gently uplifting.

You’ll need:

  • 1 tsp dried hibiscus petals

  • 1 tsp oat straw

  • ½ tsp dried lemon peel (or a thin strip of fresh peel)

  • 3–4 fresh mint leaves (or ½ tsp dried mint)

  • 1 cup hot water

How to make it:

  1. Add hibiscus, oat straw, lemon peel, and mint to a mug or teapot.

  2. Pour over hot (not boiling) water.

  3. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.

  4. Strain and sip warm, or chill for a refreshing iced tea.

  5. Optional: Add a touch of raw honey if you want gentle sweetness.

Ritual note:
Ruby Calm is for moments when your nervous system feels a little loud. Oat straw nourishes and steadies, hibiscus refreshes and cools, lemon brightens the spirit, and mint brings clarity. This is a tea for soft landings—when you want to slow your breath, ease your body, and come back to yourself.
