A warming digestive ritual
You’ll need:

1 tsp dried dandelion root or leaf

1 tsp dried chamomile

3–4 thin slices fresh ginger

A tiny pinch of cayenne

1 cup hot water

Fresh lemon slice or 1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: ½–1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
How to make it:

Add dandelion, chamomile, ginger, and cayenne to a mug or teapot.

Pour over hot (not boiling) water.

Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.

Strain, then add lemon.

Sweeten lightly if desired. Sip slowly.

This is a tea I make when my body feels heavy or unsettled. It’s not about flavor perfection—it’s about listening inward, warming from the inside out, and letting your system reset gently.
