Ingredients

• 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (about ½ lime)
• 6–8 fresh mint leaves
• Optional: ¼ cup blueberries or blackberries for deeper color and antioxidants


Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.

  2. Add the watermelon, lime juice, and mint to your blender or juicer.

  3. Blend or juice until smooth.

  4. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.

  5. Pour over ice and serve immediately.
