Golden Citrus Reset Tea

A bright, warming tea to soothe digestion and restore balance.

You’ll need:

  • 1 tsp dried turmeric root (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)

  • ½ tsp dried ginger root (or 3 thin fresh slices)

  • 1 tsp dried lemon peel or fresh lemon zest

  • ½ tsp dried orange peel (adds natural sweetness)

  • 1 cup hot water

  • Optional: ½ tsp raw honey or maple syrup

How to make it:

  1. Add turmeric, ginger, lemon peel, and orange peel to a mug or teapot.

  2. Pour over hot (not boiling) water.

  3. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.

  4. Strain, sweeten lightly if desired, and sip warm.
