Cilantro Lime Rice

1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed

2 cups chicken stock (instead of water)

Garlicky Swiss Chard Greens

1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped (stems included)

Splash apple cider vinegar (ACV)

1. Marinate the Chicken
Whisk together:

Coconut aminos/soy sauce

Salt, pepper, optional spices
Coat chicken thoroughly and marinate:

2. Air Fry the Skewers (Primary Method)
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Cook skewers 20 minutes total:

Chicken should reach 165°F internal temp with caramelized edges.
Oven Alternative (No Air Fryer)
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place skewers on a parchment-lined sheet or rack.
