A fresh but comforting orchard-style meal with savory chicken thighs, naturally sweet fruit, vibrant greens, and a simple peach balsamic dressing — nourishing, satisfying, and the kind of wellness food that actually fits real life.


🍗 Honey Ginger Peach Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1–1½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 cup canned peaches (slightly drained, keep a little juice)

  • 1½ tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (or ~1 tsp ground)

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp melted lard

Instructions

  1. Blend peaches, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and melted lard until smooth.

  2. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs if needed.

  3. Coat chicken thoroughly with marinade.

  4. Let marinate about 1 hour.

  5. Preheat air fryer to 375–380°F.

  6. Lay thighs flat in basket.

  7. Cook 7–9 minutes per side (about 14–18 minutes total depending thickness).

  8. Allow slight caramelization for deeper flavor.

  9. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.


🥗 Sweet Orchard Salad

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens (spring mix works great)

  • Fresh peaches, sliced

  • Fresh nectarines, sliced

  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Walnuts, lightly crushed

Instructions

  1. Add greens to a bowl.

  2. Layer fresh fruit evenly.

  3. Sprinkle walnuts on top.

  4. Toss gently so fruit stays vibrant.


🍑 Peach Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh peaches

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp acacia honey

  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth and glossy.

  2. Chill briefly for best flavor.

  3. Adjust sweetness or tang if needed.
