Golden Spice Comfort Tea

A warming herbal tea with ginger, cinnamon, and cloves to support digestion, circulation, and cozy daily wellness.

You’ll need:

• 1 cinnamon stick
• About 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced or lightly crushed
4 whole cloves
1 cup hot water
• Optional: monk fruit drops or a small drizzle of agave


How to make it:

  1. Add the cinnamon stick, fresh ginger, and 4 cloves to a mug or small teapot.

  2. Pour 1 cup hot (not boiling) water over the spices.

  3. Cover and allow the tea to steep for 8–10 minutes so the spices fully infuse.

  4. Strain the tea if desired.

  5. Sweeten lightly with monk fruit or agave if preferred. Sip slowly and enjoy warm.
